The largest charity working to end hunger in the United States, Feeding America partners with food banks, pantries, and local programs to rescue food from manufacturers and retailers and redistribute it to people facing food insecurity.
A nationwide organization based out of Chicago, their brand aligns with the Midwestern breadbasket of America values.
The new headquarters in New York City is opening to expand partnerships, sponsors, and network opportunities to create an even greater reach.
The assignment is to create a space representing the organization's culture in a new office environment that welcomes new collaborations.
WHOLESOME GATEHRINGS
As the new heart of the organization, a meeting, event, and working space anchored by a kitchen and gathering area created for colleagues and community alike, centered around food. It is meant to feel homey—comfortable, unfussy, and warm—with a distinct nod to the Midwestern American roots of this organization shown in honest and straightforward forms and materials—a welcoming space for gathering to make change.
